Problems with installation

I received this game for reviewing some time ago and decided to install it yesterday. However, it refused to launch. Now imagine how surprised I was when I checked my local files and found out that Dream Detective's folder was completely empty.

I honestly have no idea what might have gone wrong. Dear developer, could you check the game, please? I would love to review it properly, but currently I am unable to do it.

UPDATE: so, I finally managed to install the game properly. However, I still can't play it. The game launches, some kind of icon with a TV shows, and then there is only light blue screen. Nothing else. No menu, no other icons, etc.

Is there any way to solve this issue?

I have exactly the same issue. Game refuses to go past the light blue screen. There's no sound, game doesn't respond to clicking or keyboard. Alt+enter and alt+f4 work fine tho. I was thinking maybe it has issues with 3 screens, but disabling all but one screens didn't change a thing.

It's alrerady March, but the issue I mentioned above hasn't been addressed in any way. I still can't play and review the game.

I have exactly the same startup problem - the blue screen and that’s it. For the sake of interest, I waited 40 minutes - nothing happened.
How to start the game?

UPDATE: I installed the game on a different laptop and downloaded the patch, but it still doesn't work - the sign of the white TV and then just the blue screen, nothing else.
