Steam Deck settings
This game is verified for Steam Deck, but while it does fit the criteria it sure seems to take a LOT of juice. Upwards of 20 watts during a cutscene for reasons I can't fathom. I found that if you:

• Lower CPU wattage to 3 or 4
• Set the GPU clock speed to 400 mHz
• Cap it to 30 FPS (which it is anyway)

You'll almost triple battery life without sacrificing performance. Curious if others have the same experience!

Thank you so much! I was excited to play on my Deck and noticed that the fan immediately cranked to 100% when starting the game (the main menu!). Using your settings worked perfectly, my fan now runs near silent and the game plays exactly the same :)

Necro'ing just to say that even more than a year later this also helped me with the same issue. I was shocked that 30 mins of gameplay drained my battery from 99% to 64% and my fan sounded like it was going to die. Thank you so much!

Thanks for this!

If anyone stumbles on this from Google like I did, and isn't sure how to do this:

While the game is running, push the three dot button on the right side of the deck, near the right speaker. Go to the lightning bolt icon. "Frame limit", "TDP limit", and "Manual GPU clock" are the relevant settings.
