This is the kind of game that has finding stuff as a purpose, if you remove that with a cheat there is no game left :D
but it's too much effort and this game might be multiplayer in the future so they probably will not allow it
It autosaves when you leave a port. You can go into a town and build a ship or experiment with stuff and even reinforce the hull and if you don't like the results just reload. So long as you don't leave the town or manually save you can reroll hull reinforcements till you get what you are happy with.
I tried to backup saves to do the research in my own town. If I failed just reload before I started the research that failed. That doesn't work. Something somewhere else is recording that stuff and I don't know where.
It may go multiplayer but it's source was a multiplayer game so I think it might have some built in anti hack type thing going on.
other than that not much works for me.
How?
I am trying to figure out how to find the "Hull" and "Sailor" value. However, I can't find them no matter if I scan the open world or current values of the Hull / Sailors.
I have tried 4-byte, Float, Double (and everything else including "all") and cannot find it. Anyone have an idea what I'm doing wrong by chance, please?
I.E. I can change the values of items, money and fatigue. I just cannot find the current or combat hull/sailor values.
EDIT: It's actually called "Durability" in the game, not hull. I found that through the "String" search.
EDIT: Ok, I figured out how to change the value of the sailors, however they still decline during battle. I also figured out how to freeze buff timers and how to freeze food/water supplies.
I'd love to know how to create a trainer to do this so I don't have to research each of these every time I load the game. If ANYONE could research into this, I'd be GRATEFUL (so would a lot of others being we cannot find ANY information on this game). Other than steam forums, but none list any cheats, trainers, etc.
I posted all of this on "Cheat Engine" forums, but have no replies :(
I do know how to use the cheat engine:
1. Open up the game (Uncharted Ocean)
2. Start a new game or open a saved game.
3 Open up Cheat Engine (I use the latest version)
4. Click on "Select a process to open"
5. Click on the middle tab at the top "Applications - Processes - Windows" and choose (Processes)
6. Pick the 3rd (THIRD) application listed for Uncharted Ocean. In my case
"00004464-hanghai.exe"
"000039B4-hanghai.exe"
"00002584-hanghai.exe"
make sure you choose the 3rd one (The very bottom one).
7. Highlight the third .exe and choose "OPEN".
""So far I have ONLY been able to find numbers under 4-bytes to work""
8. Type in a number (I.E. If you have 18 goods, then type 18 and choose "First Scan").
9. Sell 1 item and type in "17" and choose "Next Scan".
10. Sell 1 item and type in "16"and choose "Next Scan.
repeat until you get the one you're changing.
So far I have been able to change any items that you can vendor, the number of food/water, the number that displays how long you have left on buffs in the open sea, fatigue and the number of sailors per boat.
You can easily freeze food/water/fatigue/buff timers, money (it's easier just to give yourself 99999 of a item and then sell that to the vendors for cash) and sailors (however, the sailors will still die during combat, but will refresh afterwards).
**IMPORTANT NOTE** I have not been able to create a trainer yet (My experience with trainers are limited) because EVERYTIME I restart the game the codes are different and therefore I have to research through cheat engine every time I reload the game or if the game crashes. IF ANYONE could create a trainer or cheat table using these cheats, I would be grateful!!
I've tried it thanks but mine seems work with both 4 and 8 bts . I too can change Adventure Reputation. Not sure about the other two.
I just figured if I gave all that anyone with half a brain and a little knowledge of cheat engine could figure out the rest :) I tried to break it down as little as possible so everyone could understand. Also, if others have figure out cheats, they're not sharing. It'd be nice to have a topic to share everything we've found to try and find someone with enough knowledge about trainers to make one.
EDIT: I just figured out how to do hull / sailors for infinite combat :)~
Do you mean like teleport?
I'm unable to change Combat Reputation. It's weird while I could Change Adventure Reputation just fine. Oh.. can you change character stats?
That's hull thingy , is it total hull or hull for each ships?
Yes. I have 9999999/9999999 Durability (Hull) on each of my 8 ships. It totals in combat to: 79999992 - I can change it higher (only needed for Siren so far). I also have 3616440 total sailors for now (Only need more for Siren).
I can kill every boss in 2-3 seconds except Siren (Still trying to figure out what her weakness is) I can still kill her but it takes 15-18 minutes.
100/100 Freeze Fatigue
212121212 Food
212121212 Water (chosen because it will hit max and crash the game if you go too high)
999 timers on buffs (Froze)
9999999/9999999 Durability (Hull) for each ship
4564555 Sailors per ship which makes Boarding go up: 170377282 boarding on this ship
and of course any item I obtain 3+ I can set to infinite (usually 10000 or 100000 depending on the item).
(I can take screenshots to prove it).
I can easily do all of this, however, I have problems creating a cheat table/trainer due to the game opens up different process ID's each restart. I have posts on steam, cheat engine, trainer sites (Fling and Fearless) and so far no help to figure it out.
So, I have to find each code every time I restart the game until I (or someone else) figures it out.
