How did you manage to farm 150 rare drops so fast anyway? :D
It's from Stockholm and the drops don't require the Oriental content. It may be that the ship itself is not in the game as indeed normally it would be found in the Orient as best I can determine from the walkthrough.
The fleet that drops these particular scraps is quick to farm and you can get up to 10 scraps per kill. As with all random drops you can get 3 drops from 3 kills in a row or nothing at all for 10+ kills. It's really random. Potentially you could get them in 15 kills which would take under 15 minutes but it took me a couple hours (or more) grinding to get all of them.
The hardest part since they are random is actually discovering where they drop. You could kill it 10 times in passing before getting your first drop making it rather hard to find initially.
I will post next time I play as to where I found those ones but the fleets name is a bit long to get right off the top of my head. Hopefully others can add where the rest drop eventually.
Anyway now I'm starting a new game to change captain type and try something new since it will take some time before they add the other maps...
The one I did had the co-ords for the starting town and not co-ords for the drop location. Not sure at all about the others. Rather hesitant to go looking if they aren't in game yet.
There is a post on the up coming update to put the Orient live but it doesn't actually indicate how soon it is coming. Do you have any idea on a time frame ? The comments on that post are all in what I assume to be simplified Chinese which I don't actually comprehend.
Anyway google understands chinese, but there is nothing relevant there, and given the size of the dev team (if the new stuff wasn't just in a test phase), it will take quite some time before we'll see it... we can only hope that the new stuff can be usable with the current saves and that we don't have to star all over again :D

Drop off 'Fernald Mercenary Group' - W Coast of South Africa' ruins. Lvl 14 fleet.
NB - pretty quick fleet and hard to target as it is non KOS. If you have trouble then RMB your own fleet to pause the game and it's easier to target the enemy fleet.
They are pirates. I wouldn't want a faction hit for every kill of these guys needed. Only fleets flying a factions flag give you a hit and merchant/guard fleets from neutral towns are fair game. I have not really been hitting any of those so some of the other scrap quest drops could be off them. I find it too hard to interpret the walkthrough as to what type of ships are supposed to be what. It might say 'Baltic guard fleet' but nothing actually says that when you look at it so there is really too many possibilities for it to be much help. Makes it hard to figure what to kill for these quests. This particular one has a rather unique name and spawns only in one place so if anyone sees more unique fleets (non boss) please shout out.
The text leads me to believe that it is one complete ship as a reward but it doesn't seem to give anything. What I have discovered is that at some point I have gained 6 blueprints for this type of ship which can only be constructed in a city in the unreleased content. I have no idea at all where these blueprints came from.
Also I got 10 + 4 scraps drop in one go so while I thought 10 was the most you could get it seems you can get many more.

What or where is the GM ship ? I seem to have missed it and I have been all over the place ?
I have sailed all around that island and no GM fleet. Is there a quest or something ? A trigger ? Or some tip to finding it ?
It's the toughest fight short of the Prince Theo thing which I have never beaten. Got him down to about half and I simply run out of ships. It's a tough fight that one.
I have been losing an average of 4 ships to beat the GM fleet. Sometimes as many as 6 and I wiped 3 times. The wipes have been me moving ships around trying different things but I realised I simply did better if everyone fired right from the start. That initial burst of dps with all 8 ships up is critical to killing the most lethal ships in the GM fleet. The last 2 he has are totally trivial but the others have an incredibly strong man shredding attack that wipes half my sailors off a ship in one hit. I assume it's a special attack. Lethal.
Dropped plenty of 20 GM Waterlogged cannons as well. 2200 firepower but I still favour the burning effect from vulcans I think.
