How do you use Linked Jackpots?

I feel like I'm doing something wrong... I multi-selected a row of slot machines and added them to a link. It asked me for a name, I entered one and hit Ok. I then purchased a jackpot sign and put it on the wall behind them and made sure it said it was assigned to the jackpot of the same name... left it running for over 24 game hours and the sign still just says "N/A"

Did I miss a step or something?

Devs are aware of this. For now, you can not name the jackpot, let it be defaulty Jackpot 1, Jackpot 2 etc and it will be fine. Also after you do that step, then you can rename it and it works fine. Just cannot rename it at the beginning, take the default name.

there is a few bugs with linked jackpots the devs are aware of. To get the signs to work right for now. you have to have to separate linked jackpot names. so just do what you did for 2 sets of jackpots. Then change the name on your sign to the other name then back to what you want.

My question is the same as Burki, I've never had someone win the jackpot.
I've even tried to change the machine odds down to 0.5% house advantage just to test and it's been running on super fast speed for about an hour and no one has won (unless I misunderstood the house advantage %)

A general information on the jackpots: Currently the odd is hardcoded and is not the same as the one on the machines, it is rather low so it may take some time till one is actually hit. If you find the jackpots aren't ever hit please let us know - we may need to adjust it over time or add an option for it to be adjustable.

Note though that hitting these big jackpots should still be rare and high jackpots will be helpful to your casino (as they attract gamblers).

yeah i figured it was low. I work from home and actually leave the game running during my shift and just peek at it between calls, on break, and lunch. so far, nothing in the past 3 days during my 8 hour shift

Can anybody talk me through how to used the Linked Jackpots... I made a row of slot machines, dragged across and linked them together, left the name as the default, and then put up a Jackpot sign and all it says is "N/A" ? - Any ideas please

click on the sign and you should be able to change the sign to default. There is a bug that will be coming out on the next deploy that will fix an issue. Until then you may need to setup another set of linked jackpots and make another name. now both should show and you can select which one you want

What happens when a Jackpot is won, does it reset to 0?

on the next patch it will reset. I think the spit on the bet is 90% to house 10% to jackpot
