I don't know if you implemented it yet but it would be more immersive if starving miserable characters don't look so confident. Is there going to be a "emotion" modifier of some sort or will their expression stay the same.

What about the ruler designer ? When we will hear about it ? The game looks great already, but more info is always welcome (like the first major expansion).

I imagine depression and such will still be in the game. And there is a stress mechanic which might answer your question.

Looks absolutely amazing. I was impressed enough when portraits were teased in Dev Diary... 7, was it? But this, this is a whole new level.
