How about releasing a non buggy DLC in at least somewhat close timeframe to the original release date YOU promised.

Happy for the update. Sad that it won't be til 2022, but respect the decision. The reality is that this doesn't help Paradox in any way. In the short term they would be best served financially by pumping out content regardless of the quality of it. Obviously, not good for the long term nor the customers, so I appreciate their investment in making it a better product for us. Every day they spend on this is a dollar they aren't spending on something else.

Actually they had several games under development that they ended up abandoning earlier this year. on top of that they basically fired their ceo a couple of months ago. So it was really was a case of mismanagement. The devs that were working on those shuttered projects could have been working on CK3 the whole time, and we would probably have had Royal Court about one year after the main launch. (which is when they usually release dlc)

How do you know is going to be polished and with minor bugs?

all that waiting for nothing... how mutch people work in paradox? 1...3 or 5?

Just release it in some sort of opt-in beta. It's been a year and there hasn't really been much done since then. The norse got a bit more interesting and that's about it. Not even worth playing as is because its nothing but war, war, war, and more war. Diplomacy is nearly worthless, religion is mediocre at best, and mods only have so much to work with.

Thank you for the update. It is helpful to decide if I should wait for the DLC or start a new CK3 game, It is not the news that fans hoped for but better wait then get a half finished product.

not sure why people are getting mad. Have you seen eu4 dlcs lately? the last one literally makes the game UNPLAYABLE. STILL. I praise this team for actually attempting to iron out bugfixes to make a quality dlc instead of just ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ it out and expecting people to buy it.

But thats just it though, they didn't promise a date. You entitled spoiled brats are just upset that you threw your money at a DLC that had no promised release date or any information on what the DLC was even going to be about.

And they have been absolutely telling us what the DLC is about with all the dev diaries....

It's not an opinion: PDX promising the first major expansion in Summer 2021 is a cold hard FACT. Dev Diaries detailing what Royal Court will contain is cold hard FACT

To the real news, how goes the sexual harassment? Maybe your priorities are a little ♥♥♥♥♥♥ up? Little less ass grab and a little more minor updates? Maybe add that make your own crest option to the game? Your going to have to push this off till 2023 if your looking for better light ;D
