Grand Tournament Duel No Winner Bug

Exactly as described :

1. My character went into finals
2. The other finalist maimed his competitor and the losing semi finalist died
3. The game told me that I won, the progress bar shows 100%, but no actual combat choices between me and another finalist appeared
4. Instead the game told me a stand has collapsed, and I decided to save scum and choose all available options. I pick best stage and best reward when I organized the event. I save scummed again and the event prompt didn't happen
5. During closure, the name of winner is blank, instead of me
6. Before (1) there are 2 guests arrived although the event has already started!
7. I just got A.E.I.O.U and me after 3 times trying, the grand wedding bug is really the worst since the achievement has so many RNG! This game has so many bugs! Seriously Paradox! 3 bugs encountered in a single event!

I have no mods, ironman enabled, I don't know where to post my save here, but I believe the steps to reproduce the issue is crystal clear

I had a similar issue over a year later. Made it to finals, one of the other semifinalists was disqualified. Then there was no final match and an empty winner was declared... I did not gain anything for even making it to finals.

This same bug happened to me twice in my Ironman Catalan playthrough yesterday. Same character, very frustrating bug.

held a tourney, won my first joust match and ready to go to semifinals but nope, for some reason i was no longer competing after. This is why I back up my save (playing ironman) before doing any tournaments. I don't like to scum but tournaments is the one thing i give myself a pass and allow myself to scum. I don't mind losing fair and square but when it always stops me from competing after i win a round and that bug really annoys me.

1: Held a torney, Duel only. Did some pre-duel activities (as in clicking torney ground etc), can't remember what.
2: Won quarter finals.
3: Accidentally killed my opponent in semi-finals.
4: Female opponent won other semi final.
5: Suddenly a "blank" winner is announced at the day the final was supposed to happen.
As in: ... is our winner!" (as in last screenshot in OP post)
My real opponent (the female one) did not not win either. As far as I can tell, no one won, as in, someone won, and that someone was no one.
This has happened twice in a row on the same character in iron man. Luckily I already got all the win achievements, but still, it kinda foils with my plans, and breaks immersion.

No mods, newest release. Play as Norway, on 5th character ca 1200.
