Cannot rename titles

Unable to rename titles under the title customization tab. I think it's a bug because I am playing with no mods!

I have the same problem. Sometimes it works, but after loading the old name ist back; hope it'll be fixed with a future update

Same. I have all the DLC but gave up on playing this game for now, until I can once again choose my own names for my Dynasties and cities.

it completely ruins the landless adventurer playthrough for me, no one wants to roam the land with uninspired template names like "the shield bearers"

Can confirm. No mods, all DLCs - renaming duchies and even adventurer camps only works when it feels like it. Can change the "Adjective" form no problem, but the actual name itself may or may not change after you click "Finish."

"May or may not"? Not one time its changed in the dozens of attempts I've made at changing it.
