Administrative realm issues

So I have two issues whilst running the above form of government Firstly, since my initial Emperor died, I cannot now see the realms he claimed to give the various governor's their directives unless I click on them via the map. Not ideal for a larger realm.

Secondly, I have two empire and several kingdom titles, but cannot see the provincial armies for both levels which I could before. I also had an issue whereby my personal armies dropped from being allowed to be level 3 to level 1, which resolved once the titles passed over. Not the first time I came across this.

Finally, I'm also having the much reported issues with vassals not getting married and dying out, or my magistrate/dukes are upsetting all their underlings by taking their counties and not passing them on to others leading to the usual economy penalties due to them having too many holdings for their level.

Not got any mods running and had to restart my game when the map expansion dropped due to suddenly inheriting the entirety of China/Japan et al so really don't want to do that again! Anyone else come across these issues and/or know a way around them?
