How to find out culture ids? All culture names mixed up now.

Hej,
After the last update a lot of the culture ids in my saved game seemed to have switched with each other (ie: the culture id for sicilian, is now buryat; and the culture id for jurchen is mongol now). Not sure how to fix this, but I can live with it if there's a way to find out what the new ids are for everything.

Would also be cool to know how to find out what the id's are for custom cultures.

I'm not too techy, and am hoping there's a way without having to open up script.
