Bug: Religion conversion / de jure territory

Hello,
1.
I get notifications about independent liege converting religion in my county. But i am independent and the ruler who is converting ( from the notification ) is independent of me also.
I have found that after a time, this independent ruler has fabricated a claim on that same county. coincidence ? so, ya is the UI or something there bugged.
Because you cant convert someone else's land that you don't own or isn't your vassal

Also i was convincing de jure territory task to give me back my county from neighbour beside me with my steward. After 8 years this stopped because it said , not possible as not neighbour/directly beside me, which it clearly was.
8 years of using a steward on this !! so much dev wasted.
Should have just developed.
( couldn't take by force, neighbour has a huge military compared to me)
is this also bugged.

Decided to write this as i just had a random crash and i am annoyed
