Is a massive log (no pun intended) normal?

I left the game on over night and, when I tried to pick it back up, it froze my computer. When I rebooted, Steam said it needed disk space to update.
That was a little weird.
Upon checking, I discover that CK3 is taking up 300 gbs in one of my drives in logs alone.
Working as intended?

Are you using any mods? Your issue would generally indicate a broken mod.

I don't know why they keep the logs anyway. The crash reporter fails every time I try to use it.

300gigs? That's definitely a mod issue.

The logs can be read by anyone, including end users/modders.

Have you checked if there was some sort of virus or something?
