Bug Report : Courtier

Hello, since the release 1.16.0 update "Khans of the Steppe & the free", when i start a game in tribal (with a customized viking character by exemple) i have only 1 courtier in my court (godi) ... am i the only one ?

Hi, i have the same problem, and it's not just among tribal people. The only ones not affected by this problem are nomads.
