A Perfect Circle Achievement

I am fully aware this has been posted about several times but I thought I'd make it as clear as possible.
The "A Perfect Circle" achievement is BUGGED in the latest patch and has been for at least the last few patches. I've tested this on several runs; the achievement simply will not trigger no matter how many inbred generations you have, including playing as a female ruler to avoid cuckoldry.
The fix, such as it were, is to roll back your version via the Steam Beta Access feature to version 1.13.2. The achievement should spring instantly once you load into your game on this version.
Hopefully the devs see this and figure out what went wrong between patches. Cheers.

Thanks man, I started at least 3 dynasties before finding out about this bug. After switching versions it worked instantly with the first playthrough

The game keeps crashing before anything loads for me. I tried 1.13.2, 1.13.1 and 1.13.0. Rip achievement
