I am using a HDD
Sounds like your HDD is starting to fail or get overwhelmed.
You could free up space on the HDD, that would help it out.
But you really should use an SSD instead of an HDD. SSDs have much longer lifespans and are waaay faster.
I hope you find a solution.
Small correction, it appears I have two disks with one being HDD and the other SDD.
Ill try to reinstall CK3 to the other, and see what happens
