Caching on loading screen to start game

Hello, I installed the game this afternoon and downloaded it, I never had problems downloading the game but after playing it on Steam it starts the game and sends me to the part where it appears if you want to apply dlc, mods. And other things. I click "play" and a loading screen appears where at the top left it says "starting game", after waiting about 5 minutes the game crashes and takes me out of the game, at first I thought it was something on the computer and I restarted it, this didn't affect anything, I kept getting the error, after many attempts to open the game it kept closing. I thought it was a problem with the download and I uninstalled the game and then reinstalled it, the problem still occurs, then I thought it was my computer but not because it meets the basic requirements of the game. Are you loading a save or starting a new game?
Are you running any mods at all or only loading the basic game?
Have you changed anything with the game recently or did you edit/debug anything with the save if you are trying to load a save?

Hello, I'm starting a new game with the basic functions, thinking about it, not because it has the free dlc of "garments of the holy roman empire". Other than that I haven't edited or saved anything.

It sounds like a Computer, or Steam, or basic game problem then. You can try: Left mouse click on the game in your Steam Game Library, Right click on "Properties...", Right click on "Verify Files". This may fix your problem.
