Mod Taking Up Negative Space?

Trying to play Elder Kings but it just says it takes up -200mb, when I launch the game it just goes into vanilla, I've reinstalled both the mod and the game, validated game files, and none of it works

On HOI4 there was a workaround to skip the launcher and go directly to the game that worked but I see no such ability here

What do I do?
