Performance issues after newest update and DLC

Does anybody else have issues with performance after the newest update?
My FPS rate is way worse than before, probably around 10 FPS less than before the update.
Now, I don't have a high end gaming PC or anything like that, but it's not terrible and I was able to run the game smoothly before the update with graphics settings on mid.

First I thought the bad frame rate is due to mods I still had installed which werent yet updated. But without the mods it's just as bad, even why i turn the settings to low.
My suspicion is, that the bad frame rate is due to the added props and textures on the edge of the rulers map/table.

Does anybody else's game run worse now?

I think it is safe to say, that from all Paradox Games, CK3 has the worst Performance ever, even Victoria 3 runs better for me, than CK3.

CK3 needs a Custodian Team and not more DLCs.
