Map Bug
I have a Steam Deck and if I try to start up a game, the whole map becomes black with the borders displayed in yellow. Anyone else experienced the same problem<:steamfacepalm:

I have a similar problem on Debian testing. Most of the map is black, with only borders, text and water reflections visible on the map. It actually looks kinda cool, but I'd still like the actual map back.
Sorry, the Steam interface doesn't let me edit.
I just noticed that this also means I can't see holdings properly, which is a problem when I'm at war.
Reinstalling the game fully did not fix this issue.
Having the exact same problem running on Linux too (Pop!OS). Since Steam Deck is based on Linux and uses Proton as well, the problems are clearly related.
The bug only happens when the Legacy of the Dead DLC is turned ON. I turned the DLC off and the game ran normally.
Huh, there's a fun thing going on with this at only a few zoom levels, I think only when close to the map border
where the whole map turns from black to white (still, with realm borders and names visible)
and there is a vertically flipped version of the screen (including UI) burned into everything that isn't a UI element.

Yes, I have the exactly same issues!
switching the in-game rendering setting from openGL to vulkan fixed it for me

Neat, that works for me, too!
