UI Font Too Big

I got a new computer in December and am playing CK3 for the first time since buying it. I noticed that the font in UI is way too big; for example, when I hover over a country, the text box will cover like half of my screen, if I go into character designer I cannot see the entire interface since it is so zoomed in and at the screen where you can pick a country the map only covers like 1/4 of my screen because of UI size. I have tried changing resolution, which did not help. Also worth noting is that this issue is not present at all with other paradox games I have like Hearts of Iron and Europa Universalis despite similar settings. On those games everything is normal. When I try looking it up on google, it is all people who want bigger text, not smaller.

Any advice?

i think its in option font gui or something like that
