Game just freezes/Loads forever on one day

Like it is hard to determine when but the game just starts on a certain day between 30-50 years to basically stay stuck on a certain day forever, I can scroll and do whatever, like the game is not frozen, but no matter what I do it does not register/ do anything else. Sometimes if I am lucky it continues to play again, otherwise I wait forever but the time never moves on. Anyone know what might cause this? Too many mods maybe?
