Game crashes when starting grand tour

I haven't played this game for almost a year. It ran great in the past, no issues. it was uninstalled. I reinstalled it when I got this new DLC. I decided to resume a past gameplay. I started a grand tour. It crashes once the king starts moving to the first destination. (maybe about 10 seconds) I tried to lower some settings, but that doesn't seem to help. I read something about virtual memory? I am not a total newbie with pc's but some more guidance is needed. how do I find that virtual memory ram? Or other work arounds with these crashes? Thanks in advance. I am using windows 10. No mods.

Actually it just crashes when I unpause the game. Tried just to play and not set up a grand tour. Is it because it is a old saved game?
