Missing decisions like feast and hunt after game update

I'm missing decisions like feast and hunt after game update. Also I do not see a way to travel of which I thought was in the free update. I have disable all mods and the decision options are still not there. Is there specific requirements to be able to have a feast, etc.?

hunt and feast are under the new activity menu. Green goblet on the right, just next to Decisions feather.

then click on Hunt or Pilgrimage in the activity menu and you will instantly understand travel.

OMG you have to be kidding me. Im messing around with all my mods to figure out which one had deleted the pilgrimages and they just hid it in a different menu
