Unable to Download -- Manifest Unavailable / No Internet Connection -- Please Help
I was in the middle of enjoying the new dlc two nights ago when an update became available. I exited the game to download and since then I haven't been able to install CK3. I have done everything that Steam has said could be the issue, clearing download cache, changing download region, ensuring Steam has access in System Preferences (I am on MacOs). I have reinstalled Steam and Crusader Kings multiple times to no avail. If anybody has any insights into what may be causing this issue. I have repeatedly done internet tests and it it certainly isn't the issue. I've restarted and reset everything a few times, please help.

One thing you haven't mentioned is "verify the integrity of files' option, that could be a fix!
Else, are you using a VPN?

Manifest + Steam is often the issue with Antiviruses, but VPNs could also cause it.

I did try the verify the integrity of files option, I don't quite see how that helps since I have an issue installing the game in the first place so there are no files to verify but regardless it was to no avail. I do not have a VPN. Thank you for the reply nonetheless.

I'm sure you've tried many things already, but when it happened to me, I did this link and it worked out for me in the end:

Good luck with your issue!

Thank you, I will check that out. I can confirm the issue is only with CK3, I was able to install HOI4 no problem.
