Culture Reform BUG :)
The game doesn't seem to remember your choice of culture reform: Eg French, choose reform culture , add a 30 year shipping (mercantile) reform - sorry can't see the list anymore). Sometime later this has become "winter warriors" and there appears no way to fix it. Moreover I'll have to wait another 17 years plus cooldown to overwrite it. Previously thought it was a bug when it changed the same choice to... "hospitable hosts" or similar. Unclear if it happens on death of Heir or just on any restart of game. Deuced odd!

The reform was "Mercantile Merchantism". Checking the savegames -it looks like it happened on the change of heir (ie when the main character died).
I have some bugs that give the wrong moronic totally unrelated default cultures in wrong countries and is because of some mods are outdated and being broken. This is why I hate the frequent updates instead of one that is clear and structured, because they brake the mods and don't give time to upgrade. In fact I will stop playing for a bit, because of these things that make the game unplayable broken mess, and so far I have headaches trying to figure which mod is conflicting and giving this sh storm wtf buggy mess

This is a Bug, the AI can change and stop your Culture Reformation, but you can not stop an AI reformation and since your Character has died, there is for 1 month, a false culture head, because the Game gives Culture Head status and Dynasty Head status always to false Characters, but it fix it within a month.
