Mouse Cursor Disappears

Anyone have an idea what to do?

(Playing with no Mods) Trying to make a character in the ruler section, but after about 15 minutes of use in the character creator, the mouse cursor will be gone from the top of the interface and I can't really use it or play the game, as well as closing it out without going to task manager and killing the game.

The mouse tries to make it seem like it's still there, but does really nothing and if you try to escape and leave game, the bottom option is auto chosen to click.

Will try verifying files, but if some way I can play game in windowed mode or something else to make this annoying issue go away. I'd appreciate it.

i just had this happen to me. same exact symptoms. i spent a few minutes just trying to click anything on the esc menu. while it recognizes it on buttons it seems like it might be moving crazy fast too, because if you go slow and try and back track it'll never highlight the same button. in the end i couldn't engage w/ anything so had to task manager too. did verifying work for you?
