How do I save a COA to my screenshots?

I wanted to use the coa designer for a creative project and saw the save to disk button on it. it says that it saves the design to the screenshots folder but it doesn't show up. I want to know how to save the design into an image.

this did not happen for me I press the button and nothing shows up
