14 mins to start the game. HDD users.

The game takes 14 mins to start.
With the new dlcs the loading times will get even longer.
The error.log file in C:\Users\-\Documents\Paradox Interactive\Crusader Kings III\logs reports error even if you start the game in vanilla.

i know and its sad i used to be one of them
people have no idea how big the jump is from an HDD to an SSD until they see it with their own eyes

opening the launcher, hitting play and CK3 loading into the map with 30 mods enabled takes 45 seconds in an NVME

I have noticed increased loading times myself. With regards to the error log, you may find a lot of that log is being generated by old save games. If you want to remove that burden, you can cut and paste those save games somewhere else. Jomini, the game engine, will stop looking at them. Its just a matter of spring cleaning. This may save you a bit of load time. Unless you are going to run in beta mode and run on an old patch level to finish those games off, what do you actually need them for anymore?

There may be mods that are throwing errors into this log as well. This is more likely where the game is slowing down. Some of those mods might not be optimised.

I have a decent SSD and I've noticed slower load speeds post DLCs. It does depend how far you are into the game as well. If you are in say 1300 from 867, the game is going to be naturally running slower as there is more to visually render in your realm.
