Different Body Types

Hello, I'm very new to the game and I have just a few questions about different body types. Males are almost fit (not much skinny or fat characters) and there's only been less than ten that I've encountered that are skinny, fat, or more muscular (I know muscles are affected by prowess).

For females, it's the same, but almost having the same chest size (tbh, i've only seen two types). Was the game intended to be like this? I'm not having them nude, but was expecting armors and clothes to be closer or exact to their body types.

The only mods that I'm using and their load order:

Community Flavor Pack
- Change Character Appearance (thought this can edit bodies so I can have a fat mayor lol)
- No Physical Modification from Prowess - using this to select certain warriors retain their original body
- Beautiful Females - as far as I know this only affects the face?
- Divine Intervention Menu - using this to have a variety of body types (and having fun and testing with some of the cheats as well)
