The question arose, is there a cheat code for the instant opening of traditions? Or is it possible to somehow change the opening time of the tradition in the game files?

if i am understanding you correctly, you could try the console command

effect = {root.culture = {add_culture_tradition = tradition_castle_keepers}}

replace tradition_castle_keepers with the tradition you want. you can find the traditions in \Crusader Kings III\game\common\culture\traditions

Alternatively the 'Faster & Cheaper Culture Traditions' mod reduces the time to acquire new traditions down to 1 year, reduces the cost of acquiring it and increases the max traditions allowed to 20.
