Are you literally asking why is Paradox Games?
This is golden
Base game has issues too. What an abuse of power, apparently due to a lack of competition for this type of unique game. I hope some future, dedicated game developer team/company (PDX or otherwise), fixes this problem, and provides the intelligence that the people want. Too many reports of bad AI behavior, laziness, and bad programming choices.
Edit: Ok, "abuse of power" might be a little strong. It's a game, and no one has to play it. But they know how much people love this game, and they leave some aspects of it pretty shoddy. It seems to be a greed-based model though, and they don't seem to care about some quality issues, b/c ppl will still hand over their money.
as for bugs well name one game that is not having alot of bugs?
its not always that simple to fix bugs. you may fix one bug then it just bug out a different thing and so on.
but yes every dev team could do better but i find it ok for now. i dont see that many bugs in my games so.. even with mods.
