Are you asking how the game can force you to 'give up a secret' (by event, stress, or trait) or for some plan to try and follow?
You cannot expose your own secret (example cannibal, deviant or non believer) if they don't have partner in crime/secret. There is no mechanic to blurp all your secrets out however as jpcerutti said they can be revealed by stress, events, intricate trait or somebody find outs and exposes your secret.
My personal favorite is being your liege's spymaster - and informing them of your own secret that you 'discovered'. :)
I'm going to call that working as designed though - after all, you are the spymaster, not the only spy, and if the lord asks ALL the spies to look for secrets... somebody else can mention what they found from your own 'department' when they talk to the lord.
