CK2 was great but now I cant go back to it the portraits look so bad and the UI is also really meh. Moddable armor and clothes in CK3 also spoiled me and thats another reason I cant go back. CK3 AGOT mod is a great example of this.

I still find CK2 to be a better game because of the sheer content that was added over the years. With that said, CK3 will surpass it eventually, with a few more expansions under it's belt.

If your idea of reasonable is: create a whole new account and profile and password just to go "hi your previous game is better than your new one bye" then it makes sense that you like ck3 better and that you don't like those who prefer ck2

ck2 stopped being better when tours and tourney dropped. if landless dlc is even half as good as it portends to be, it wont even be worth entertaining such comparisons

one of the favs of mine. Couldnt get in to 2 to compare it properly, its too old, UI is very bad especially for 1440p and you couldnt break it as easily as 3, gameplay is more stressful.

At this point I can't see a single feature that ck2 has and ck3 should have but doesn't have

CK3 has massively better UI and tooltips to describe what's actually going on most of the time so it certainly has more than just 3D going for it.

Great works, 768 starting date, better building system, better levy system, better tech system, more balanced power dynamics between kings and dukes, no fantasy rpg game elements like choosing skills with a click because you have enough mana points.
