Unite the Western Slavs de jure not matching unite the slavs de jure

So I started my new playthrough and decided to give Unite the Slavs decision a proper go.

I didn't really like any of the starting 867 slavic culture starting duchies for various reasons so I thought I'd be cheeky and started as the Lithuanian duchy of Samogtica with a custom ruler. From there I conquered all the territory to enact Proclaim Terra Mariana to form the Kingdom of Livonia.

Then I turned West Ward and slogged through Uniting the West Slavs which took far longer then I expected because of how kingdoms were constantly shifting, East Francia and Hungary expanding and so on.

But I hybridized Lithuanian culture with Polish Culture so I could count as West Slavic and then conquered everything and finally enacted the decision in the 1000s.

So now I figured that I'd go to the next step and do unite the southern slavs and later unite the slavs.

But one thing I noticed is when I check the decision, the region listed as "Slavia" leaves out huge portions of the West Slavia title (as in the de jure lands of the Slavia region you control doesn't include huge chunks of Poland, Polabia and Bohemia)

is that intended? I thought the point of Unite the Slavs was that you need to control all the territories with slavic cultures?

That's the requirements for Slavia. It includes Bohemia in it.

I might be wrong, but I don't think you can unite the South Slavs after taking the "Unite the West Slavs" decision, as you now rule an empire. One of the requirements for the "Unite the South Slavs" decision is "Primary title is Kingdom of Bosnia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Moldavia, Serbia or Wallachia".

yeah I just checked, you can Unite the Slavs after uniting the West Slavs but you can't take the decision to unite the south slavs.

So the next decision I'm going to be gunning for is uniting the Slavs looks like which will require me conquering the region of South Slavia anyway as they are part of the region of slavia.
