Is Tours & Tournaments worth 3/5ths of the game?
$29.99 for Tours & Tournaments
$49.99 for base game

I've just consistently been underwhelmed by the amount of content in Paradox DLC versus the price. I'm highly skeptical there's really 30 bucks worth of content in the DLC and I'm curious if anyone can argue for it beyond being able to participate in jousting tournaments.

I just now noticed that Royal Court is also $29.99 and I definitely would not say there's 30 bucks worth of content in that DLC. If the trend has continued then I'm gonna have to wait a year until they give a reasonable price.

time + cd key of chapter 2
It's probably the first actually good DLC for CK3, if you like the base game and tend to play a lot, then the answer would be yes.

It's not without issues, the popup spam can get irritating and after 2 trips you've seen most of it already, so there's no point in ever receiving those events anymore, making me wish there was an "auto-resolve and never tell me about what happened" button somewhere, but it does add a lot to the gameplay, making peaceful times meaningful as a way to obtain resources, and useful for multiple tasks often related to speeding up plots significantly.

i'd rather buy an entirely new game. :/

And this is fine. The joys of economic liberty. :)
