When you go to army tab, click a men at arms.

You should see a button about middle on right, It uses a generic button you see for things like reset.

I almost did't notice it because I had seen the button and it doesn't look like a "castle" or "soldier" icon. Its one arrow pointing up, and another down. An odd choice when they added so many icons for things this update.

Good question, you made me want to check it out.. It says that men at arms can be stationed at castles at any time. But it doesnt tell us how. I suppose we just leave the soldiers there. I have no clue.

Click on the man at arms group and there should be a button right under Destroy Regiment that allows you to station them.

The button is greyed out and says regiment is raised when I hover my mouse over, can't figure out how to get it to work

Your army is raised you need to disband them before you can station them.
Finish your war and disband.
