Guide on how to increase vassal limit a lot?

I have found a LOT of guide on how to get more domain but very few on how to get more vassal, just vague advice, any one got advice for that?

Do you have Roads to Power? Admin rulers get a pretty huge increase depending on their bureaucracy level (+400 at level 4). There are a bunch of other ways but that's the largest by far. An admin emperor with tier 4 bureaucracy should have a vassal limit of 560 without any artefacts, legacies or traditions. yeah im looking for a list of atrefact, which king of animal do i have to hunt and all yk

That list has the 3 artefacts that always have it I think. The best's the Reichskrone which you get by being Holy Roman Emperor, I'm drawing a blank on how to get the Iron Crown of Lombardy (also can't remember whether it's a crown or a pedestal item), and the Crown of Justinian the Byzantine Emperor should have. The other artefacts, say animal pelts, are RNG I think. Those increases are tiny though (+25 max) by comparison to the admin increases.
