Report a translation problem
You probably have edit/debug set up on your game; either you or somebody that played the game set it up. If you don't want to see the edit/debug options you can disable it again.
You don't do it in game. You do that in the Steam launcher for the game. Go to your Steam library, right-click on Crusader Kings III, select "Properties," then navigate to the "Launch Options" tab and delete the "-debug_mode" text from the field.
I have no idea what this does or doesn't do to existing saves where edit/debug was used.
IF you have been regularly selecting things from the menu under the Debug; Main header you're going to find it plays quite a bit differently without the 'shortcuts'. ;)
