How about before the end of 2025? There will be more than one Chapter 4 release in 2025 but those will end with the end of the year. They do release Dev. Diaries and announcements, there's even their own forum here for that, if you don't want to look at the PDX forums.

Last year they posted a 'roadmap' in the beginning of February IIRC.

We still have a bit to go before the Chapter reveal, but we have a dev diary tentatively scheduled for February 11th ahead of that to break up the content drought.
