Something doesn't add up.

My castle was under siege by a foreign ruler of a different faith and culture. I moved in and attacked him, but I should be the defender in this case right? Now please correct me if i'm wrong, but in the pop-up window for advantages, it shows the foreign commander getting the Dexterous Fishermen bonus of +5. Am I mistaken because i'm 100% sure my commander is supposed to be getting that buff as I am the Galictan culture.

Maghrebi has that tradition too. Not sure why you aren't getting it though. Is your commander Galician? If he isn't, that might explain it.
