Good name for greek-italian Hybrid culture?

im playing as the starting character for byzantium in 867, basileos makedon. ruling my reformed roman empire, with reformed hellenism as the state faith, however, since my capital is in rome, best course of action would be a hybrid with the italians. im thinking a roman name, but nothing pops into my mind, any ideas?

btw, i already solved it my self. i actually made a divergent culture, which i made latin heritage latin language, and i named it rhomaion
