Nomad construct buildings

I want to build castle，city，etc.
Modify common\buildings\00_castle_buildings.txt
Didn't work.

Look at some of the other more buildings mods and how they've added buildings for various governments or eras. I would pick a very small mod with the smallest amount of code to look at. One of them might have the answer. Have you tried looking at all the files for nomad governments, buildings, DLC buildings, and see what code lets them build the things they can?
