El Cid adventurer

Hi, I recently returned to CK3 and wantes to play some easy adventurer campaign to get into this type of gameplay, I wanted Mio Cid achievement (as El Cid being honorable to king). But I answered to one of the events to not honor him (he wanted 3 knights from my camp, like almost all my followers). Now I dont get those events anymore, It's like 1079. At the beginning the events were very frequent, like every half year. Did I botch the achievement?

Also another Q. Can I somehow change which artifacts I am able to sell while visiting towns as adventurer?
