Ain't no way
How you play is very RNG though up to a point as it really depends on what traits your character gets. You have some control over that if you raise your own kids, but it's still partly random.
And all your traits have an effect on other characters. They'll either hate or like you more. And the events you get and what choices you can make also depends on your character traits.
And with dread you can have others fear you. It has it's pros and cons of course
You have traits, perks, buffs. You utilize these in events that happen and the other mechnics.
You are building your dynasty, so it's more than just the character you are playing, as they will eventually die. It's also your heirs.
There are "lifestyles" that kinda work like a class, but you can jump around. They are based around the stats. Each one has 3 paths, and those often have several branches.
IE: Getting far in the Chivalry path of the military lifestyle, builds on your knights potential. With branches that help with courting and prestige.
As the game develops, there is just so much being added. They come in a few forms. Mechanics, new depth to the RPG mechanics.
so even what it is today can continue to evolve.
