Southern Africa and Northern Eurasia (Russia) next?

I'm extremely excited to finally see East Asia and Indonesia be added to Crusader Kings! Being able to play as China or Japan in CK3 has been a long standing wish of mine! But my dream scenario is to see the entirety of Europe, Asia and Africa brought to the table in a medieval grand strategy! I love this series and want to see it go where nobody else seems to even want to dare to attempt. I look forward to what the devs have in store for us in the coming years! :)

Honestly I would rather buy a separate game localised in these regions than support a dlc that snashes the whole world into feudal simulator with roughly European characteristics

I think if handled correctly, all of these regions could feel very unique in future DLCs. It's make the world feel a lot less restricted. :)

only problem is much of Northern Eurasia and Southern Africa was sparsely populated at this point and would be nations that were mostly not organized and very advanced even for that period of time
figure for much of this period and even today much of Russia is wide plains with probably 50-60% of their population being in the western portion of the nation today even

Maybe, but sparsely isn't nothing. And besides, the game isn't exactly 100% historically accurate as is anyway. I wouldn't mind some embellishment here and there in the game if it meant there could be more of it. Hey, maybe we could get a "colonize region" mechanic? Build up new empires and cultures from scratch with our adventurers and un-landed lords or send out settlers from already established kingdoms and empires.
