Unhandled Exception Error
Hello,

when i started a game, after some minutes it will crash and i get the following:

Unhandled Exception C0000005 (EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION) at address 0x0000001F89BFF518


Is there something i could do about that?

Going by this thread, which is quite old but seems to have the same error, you might need to update your graphics card drivers. Might also want to try the other suggested fixes therein.
