Personality traits should have 3 tiers so that a character with the same 3 base traits is different from the next.
Rivalries should not be instantaneous but instead there should be an easy way to keep track of slights before they turn into full blown rivalries or house feuds. Could have 5-10 slights turning into rivalries depending on the personality traits and 15-20 into a house feud.

I noticed since the last dlc or 2, it tells you if people develop a grudge against you. Seems to be not as bad as hating you, rival or nemesis
