Wandering Nobles: How to play as landless
Hi all, I have bought Wandering Nobles but I do not find a way to play a wandering character. Wherever I click on the map there are only ruler with realms but no landless ones. If I try to create a new character it will only replace the original one with realm. So how can I start as a wanderer?

There is a second option below create a new ruler for creating an adventurer.

You've got the wrong DLC for that. Wandering Nobles adds a new lifestyle for travelling - Road to Power is what adds adventurers, unlanded characters who roam the lands with a camp.

Can we take over another ruler's land and make your own kingdom?

Wandering Nobles is an Event Pack, mostly for landed Rulers and not for Adventurers.

Yeh you can, whenever you meet the requirements. I usually get a duchy once my 16yr old landless guy is in his mid40s. ... A county is way small to sustain my elite units

Or, better yet, take the 'Become a Great Conqueror' decision. Will probably take more than one lifetime though. I like to prep with my first dude (take as many of the most lucrative criminal contracts possible, build up my camp and recruit MAAs) then go for the conqueror conditions with their heir.
