Byzantine Empire Usurp bug, if the title gets usurped then it looses primogeniture succession.

So I was playing as a viking vassal of the byzantines (Norse invasion of anatolia) and hybridized with greek and began a civil war to take over the empire after I had built up a massive foothold. Upon winning and usurping the title however I noticed that the title had lost primogeniture and had been forcibly set to confederate partition. Reloading to a back up save before the war (I have these because Im tired of bs when Im trying to get achieves) and the title has it.

Now, I have no idea why, due to the fact that the empire had already gone through several claiment wars beforehand, and due to the fact that the greek culture doesnt have royal perogative, they couldnt have changed it manually.

I dont know WTH happened, I dont know if being unreformed pagan is what caused it, but it shouldnt be able to override succession like that.

well that succession is a special condition, without knowing which special condition it is from, makes it hard to know what to do.

the example i am familiar with is when playing with siciliy, you can get the scilician partment, which automaticly lets you go to absolute crown authority,(with or without culture) however if you lose sicily as a kingdom you lose that absolute crown authority, unless you have the culture to back it up.

the byzantine probably has something similar.
